Getting rid of that shiny spot on the face

• Use the patch tool to make a selection of the shiny part
• Press <crtl>H to hide the selection marching ants
• drag the selected spot to a bit of face to repair the shiny spot and release the mouse
• Press <shift><ctrl>F to bring up the fade command
• move the fade slider until the spot looks the best
